Michigan Greens Condemn FBI Raid and Murder of Imam Abdullah
In a press release, the Michigan Green Party condemns the death of Imam Luqman A. Abdullah, a respected community and religious leader in Dearborn, Michigan.
The Green Party of Michigan is joining the call from Imam Abdullah’s family and others for an independent investigation into an FBI raid in Dearborn, MI on Oct. 28 that resulted in Imam Abdullah being shot 18 times and left to die.

The Green Party of Michigan (GPMI) offers its condolences to the family of respected community and religious leader, Imam Luqman A. Abdullah.
The Green Party of Michigan is joining the call from Imam Abdullah’s family and others for an independent investigation into an FBI raid in Dearborn, MI on Oct. 28 that resulted in Imam Abdullah being shot 18 times and left to die.
“We condemn this FBI raid and murder of an innocent man,” Green Party of Michigan Chair Fred Vatale said. “The FBI fails even today to bring charges of terrorism against the other people arrested. Rather it and the corporate media make wild accusations; their only witnesses unreliable former criminal informants, dependent on the FBI for food and freedom. It appears that the only charges are those associated with petty crime, and even these were instigated by government agents and grinding poverty.”
“We are having a hard time believing the FBI claims that this was simply an arrest gone wrong. We are deeply concerned by reports that Imam Abdulluh was left to die from his wounds while an injured police dog was airlifted for medical treatment. Such behavior demonstrates an intent to kill rather than enforce the law,” said Derek Grigsby, Detroit Green Party Co-chair. “Given the historical and current antipathy of the FBI towards people of African descent and Muslims, we are left to wonder if the death of Imam Abdullah was not exactly what was intended for that day.”
“It is the FBI agents and police officers that were engaging in terrorism last Wednesday.” said Linda Najar of the Huron Valley Greens. “Why the focus in the FBI complaint on Imam Adbullah’s religion when it was not in any way connected to the alleged crimes? I believe this is driven by a need to demonize muslims at home in order to build support for the unpopular wars against muslim countries abroad, the so-called war on terror.” Najar adds, “If Imam Abdulluh was angry, I wonder can’t we ask why? Or is it the answer to that question that the authorities are really afraid of.”

I saw Chris Hedges speak at the Miami Book Show
His statements were absolutely correct:
Obama the Democrats, Republicians and Bush
with the support of Corrupt Wall Street firms
especially Goldman-Sachs have destroyed
Two Economies: The Tech Boom and the
Economy from 2000 – 2009 in the US and
a major part of the Global Economy in the West.
A total over 30 Trillion dollars, Millions of US Jobs,
and destroyed 40% of Retirement Accounts of
the Middle Class and Baby Boomers.
How it started is why we are where we are Today!
Facts:
In March of 2000, Goldman-Sachs started the Tech Sell-off
by design to take the economy away from Gore in order
to bring GW Bush to power. On the Board at Goldman-Sachs
was a Rep from Bill Gates from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation,
a rep from Intel, GE and Oil.
When this took place a friend, who’s name is with held here
to protect his position was working at the Headquarters of
Merrell Lynch. He stated the top executives were watching
Goldman’s sell-off of Tech Stocks and then followed suit.
Goldman nor Merrell told their small cap investor, even Charles Schwab
failed to tell his small investors. Millions lost their jobs, their businesses,
their investments. GW Bush won that election then instructed
top SEC officials not to investigate the failure of Goldman or even
Schwab to inform their small investors. He stopped the breakup
by the US Attorney General’s Office of Microsoft. This gave the
GREEN Light to Wall Street, they were not going to be investigated
and the door was open to further corruption by the SEC. Add to this
the FACT that Greenspan opened the door to Wall Street with
further corruption with zero regulatory oversight by the Federal
Reserve.
The packaging of Mortgages by Goldman-Sachs and others was
absolutely corrupt, they absolutely knew what it would lead to
a financial collapse with corrupt govenments of GW Bush and Obama
with the Federal Reserve bailing them out, yet destroying the middle
class, the working class, the poor became poorer. NO One Has
Gone to Jail or lost their personal billions.
With 300 million people in this country, we all have credit ratings
good credit holders their exact numbers known. By 2004 Goldman-
Sachs and the other corrupt firms of Wall Street packaged mortgages
to sell to investors they knew contained bad loans-mortgages, yet
none of them have gone to jail, lost their millions or billions, or bonuses,
homes or the abiliy to send their kids to college….WE HAVE!
It is time to organize as Chris Hedges states, to bring down the
corrupt hold on government by corrupt Democrats, Obama, and the
Republicans, Wall Street.
Had Nancy Pelosi impeached GW BUSH 3 years ago and totally
investigated his administration the real possiblity that most of the
US Economy would have been saved.
It is time to once and for all to eliminate the Federal Reserve.
Their corruption through Greenspan and Berneke must be stopped
once and for all. Bush, the SEC heads, Goldman-Sachs, Bill Gates,
Merrel Lynch, etc.must be held under rackatering charges.
The working class in the USA has been destoryed, losing jobs,
homes and the ability to provide for their family, provide higher
education It is time to move on Washington and make them
resign.
