December 14, 2009 in General

Ballot Access News reports that the Green Party of Ohio will remain ballot-qualified in 2010, meaning that Green candidates for US House, state legislature, or partisan county office need only 25 signatures to get on the ballot. The petitions are due February 18th, 2010. This requirement is extremely low compared to those faced by Greens in many other states, creating the opportunity for an unprecedented number of Green campaigns in Ohio next year.
