You are brave and one GREAT woman, Cynthia McKinney. My hat off to you. The brave ones are so few in number. I hope as time goes by, there will be more and more people like you, brave and willing to look at the facts and speak the ‘truth’. If you don’t mind, I would like to direct people to the French Connection (iamthewitnessDOTcom) where you did an interview with the owner, Daryl Bradford Smith on the flotilla issue. Excellent interview from an ex-Israeli prisoner, ‘you’. May your days upon the earth be very long Cynthia McKinney. We need you.

Bobby, there are many Israelis with compassion for their fellow humans. There are many Israelis who oppose what their government has been doing to the Palestinian people. There have been Israeli military personnel who have gone to jail rather than serve in what they correctly see as the inhuman treatment of the Palestinian people. Sadly, they do not control the government. They are few in number. While I totally understand the frustration and anger that would cause us to paint all Israelis as without compassion, we should try to support those who support the just cause of the Palestinian people under occupation. We need advocates for peace and justice in Israel too, in my personal opinion.

How can a people who claim a brutal historical past perpetrate the same evil upon another people. Do any Israelis have a soul with compassion for fellow humanity? They can’t be the same people. I submit that you can’t be the same people because G’d fearing people, once oppressed, will never seek the same for anyone or anything subjected to their authority. Israel, your actions and behavoir is shameful, but for some it is said that if you feel no shame do as you please.

I support Cynthia and all that she is trying to do to help the Palestinian people. I am so thankful for a US political figure who stands up for what is right regardless of what it costs her. When will other US government figures break their silence and stop protecting the awful Israeli government? It’s about time that our US government holds the Israeli government accountable for their acts of terror.

Thank you for this Cynthia! If commenting on this board makes me a target so be it! It is time we stand up for what’s right while we still can. You know this was murder! No matter how you look at it Israel came on their ship with weapons to kill and bring terror. That was there mission; the problem was they could not cut communication with the outside world fast enough. If Israel did not mean any harm then why did they cut communication? How come they can film the attack, but people on the ship cannot film? Why cut cell phones and satellite communications if you meant no harm? What are they tiring to hide?

You’re my president and this statement by you is the reason why I voted for you. I also sent you money in Georgia twice from Oregon. I occasionally wear the shirt I made with the “I (heart) and a big picture of you”. On the back is a picture of you at work in the congress and “McKinney for President” which I wore to democrat rallies last election. Nobody says it as well as you. Thanks, Roy

Ms. McKinney is a true patriot! Israel is like the adult child molester who does the very thing that was done to them and then acts like the victim. As an American Jew I am ashamed of our change and hope commander and chief, who has once again been muzzled by AIPAC.
