Rich Whitney Making Fundraising Push Today
June 30, 2010 in State Wide Elections
The Rich Whitney for Governor campaign is making a big fund raising push today. A donor has come forward who will match all donations (capped to $5,000) made today by 11:59pm June 30 tonight! See the facebook message sent to his facebook group below! Again, this offer only lasts until midnight tonight! If there was ever a time to donate to this campaign, now is that time!
You can donate online to the Rich Whitney For Governor campaign here.
Full Disclosure: I am a volunteer for the Whitney For Governor campaign.
Dear Supporters,
A generous donor has agreed to match all donations up to $5,000! The catch is that this offer only lasts today and expires at 12am tonight! We can easily get Rich Whitney more than +$10,000 in one night!
That’s $10,000 for TV ads! That’s $10,000 to open up another campaign office! That’s $10,000 toward hiring new staff! We can EASILY DO THIS with this matching donor, but we need YOUR HELP!
Every donation you make to the Whitney for Governor Campaign today is doubled! Please consider a $25, $50, $100 or any donation to the campaign today! No donation is too small! Donate here: http://tinyurl.com/DonateWhitneyForGov
Also, we’re so close to 2,000 facebook members! Let’s get to 2,000 facebook group members by 12am tonight!
So two things:
1. Donate to the campaign and this gives double to the campaign! (You have until 12am tonight for the matching donation offer)

AND.
2. Invite all your friends to this facebook group (click on “Invite People to Join” right below the facebook picture) We want 2,000 by the end of the day!
Thank you so much for the outpouring of support. We truly believe that we CAN win and that we WILL change Springfield for the better.
Help us make that happen with a donation today.

Also appreciate the Green Party Watch focus and emphasis on Green Party candidates.
…Would request, if possible even more Green Party candidate press releases, web site links, One or two sentence profiles…

The Green Party candidate for U.S. Senate in Arkansas, John Gray has a very professional looking web site. His pragmatic, realistic, Green jobs platform shows common sense, an understanding of what Arkansas and the U.S economy need..
“I am John Gray, a retired Engineer, currently serving as the Mayor of Greenland, AR. In the past, I have helped move nearly 1000 jobs out of the U.S.A. to Mexico. Now I fight to return jobs to this Country. I have seen workers on both sides of the border harmed by the policies of Free Trade, while management and the corporations they served, benefited greatly. I am convinced we can be the biggest benefit to the Latin American Citizen by requiring their government to prove they are paying a fair, living wage to their workers so they can afford to live in their own Country, before they will be allowed to sell here.”

Out of 50 plus U.S. House of Representative seats in California, where the Green Party has ballot status, there appear to be 6 Green Party candidates declared so for U.S. House.

Carol also has a terrific hour long documentary on her web site….She is introduced at a speaking event/campaign rally early in the documentary by the Green Party’s David Cobb.
Interesting, enjoyable viewing…
