Marlon Brando’s – yes that Marlon Brando – (my personal favoriate of ALL actors) – the Marlon Brando of the film “A Streetcar named Desire” – Marlon Brando’s friend FAITH is the Green Party candidate for mayor in DC.
Bless that lovely lady. Marlon Brando, always media shy, took press calls about FAITH. Marlon Brando loved the Green Party’s FAITH. They met when working as actors on Broadway in New York in the 1950’s.

The Green Party Co Chairman Cem Ozdmir in Germany (married to an American lady, who he met while working at the German Marshal Fund in DC) has an interesting interview today.
Cem has done impressive work building Petra Kelly’s (our) Green Party . The Greens are at near 20 per cent in the polling. In Berlin the Green Party is tied at 27 percent as THE largest political party.
Cem’s quote – translated from German – we (the Green Party) must open and make ourselves accessible to the political mainstream. People want Green solutions.
