I usually agree with Kimberly, but I think it would be wrong for the Virginia State Board of Elections to tell the Independent Green Party that it can’t have its name on the Virginia ballot. In a similar manner, almost all states let various parties that all have the word “Socialist” in their name be on the ballot. When Oregon refused, the Freedom Socialist Party and the Socialist Party allied and sued the Secretary of State, and won. The First Amendment was the basis for the court decision, saying if both parties want to be on the ballot and both parties have “socialist” in their name, that’s fine.

Even in New York, there have been years when the Socialist Party, the Socialist Labor Party, and the Socialist Workers Party were all on the ballot.

Citizens For A Better Veterans Home has tried to contact you and work with you for MANY weeks.
We have mailed stuff to you, emailed you, asked you questions. Like DOCTOR Jill Stein, you and your husband do not appear very organized.
We have asked you two a bunch of specific questions, some may have been out side of your purview. For example the Spring / Summer 2005 gross failure of California and national to ally specifically with neglected former military.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm. But you could have opined why the greens just can not get it together with other anti war groups right of the political devide.
In Balboa Park centrists and right of center anti war groups are rebuffed every March in San Diego County (California) by the organizing lefties. A continent away from you, fer ser, but you might have a clue to such alternative infighting(s).
You two are grossly inert. You happily spew wisdom and focus on social events and then call it ‘poly ticks’! You do not let others in to the circle of two. You are cozy, and you (two) consider your self complete.
Most of these observations are distinctly from my West Coast non Green Party perspective. But you are not universally loved, and some folks whom you consider your self your buddies roll their eyes in their head(s) behind your back(s).
