The Pacific Green Party fall convention and annual gathering will be held November 6-7 at Camp Myrtlewood.
We will be electing a new State Coordinating Committee member at this convention.

11 am. Roundtable The State of the Pacific Green Party

12:30 — 1:00 pm Topics for PGP Platform
begin with 10-min report by Randy Prince, who drafted the Voter’s
Pamphlet statement– formation of committees –(open space/small group discussions)

2:30 — 3:30 pm committee drafts of topics in the PGP Platform
(?) — 4:00 pm break
4:00 — 5:00 pm Convention discusses the manner of arriving at platform commitment by candidates (we will not have the final platform, but drafts which have gotten input from across the convention)
7 November, Sunday
8:30 — 10:00 am Open time
10:00 — 10:30 am How do we increase voter registration? The direct way is by canvassing, and this option brings up a host of issues, ones which are unlikely to be settled by the convention.
10:30 — 11:30 am What specific assignments can we undertake to increase voter registration?
11:30 — 12:00 Break
12:00 — 1:00 pm elections (S.C.C. member, in particular) and “party business” (by which I mean the bylaw proposals)
