  1. The text blurb for this was very misleading. It suggested Stein was the current nominee. She is a candidate for the GP nomination. Four other people are candidates as well: SKCM Curry, Bill Kreml, Kent Mesplay, and Darryl Cherney. Please stop disrespecting the other candidates. It is bad enough other sources do it. It is dispicable that Greens do it.

    • Don’t blame the Green Party, it is Free and Equal that is setting up the debate. The Green Party included all candidates when they did a debate at their annual meeting.

  2. I retract the e-mail I just sent on this story. As I was scrolling, I went right over the line containing “2012”. I apologize. However, I will state that your coverage seems to heavily favor Stein.

    • Thank you for your comments.

In selecting stories to cover, I have been searching for news on all five announced or likely candidates. This includes looking at the websites and Facebook pages of the candidates. The Stein campaign is simply far more active than the others.

    • If you see something that is not being covered share it with the editors and see if they report on it. Candidates have to get out and campaign and make news to get coverage. Hard to tell if the lack of coverage is because of lack of activity, lack of newsmaking or this publication.
