Charleston Democrats sue Eugene Platt

In a letter hand delivered today to Eugene Platt, Green Party nominee for South Carolina State House District 115, Attorney F. Truett Nettles, II told Platt that he had filed a case against Platt in the Charleston County Court of Common Pleas.

Greens win Ohio Ballot Access Case

Thanks to Ballot Access News:
On September 2, U.S. District Court Judge Edmund Sargus ordered Ohio to put the Green Party on the ballot. He is the same judge who had earlier put the Libertarian and Socialist Parties on the ballot. The case is McKinney v Brunner, 2:08-cv-819.
